Meet Our Founders
Cody has a passion for developing ballplayers both on and off the field. He has over 7 years experience in player development as a club baseball director, hitting & defense trainer, and high school baseball coach. During his time in those roles he has helped over 100 athletes and families navigate through the college recruiting process by finding fits for the next level. Prior to working in player development, Cody played collegiately at Southwestern Illinois College and Southwest Baptist University. He resides in Troy, IL with his wife Hannah and their 3 sons: Boone, Banks, & Baker.
Dave Crouthers has been a staple in our baseball community as an Edwardsville native and former player at SIUE. He also played professionally in the minor league system for the Baltimore Orioles and the Chicago Cubs. Dave has experience coaching at the collegiate, high school, and youth level. He is a father of 2 boys and a school counselor at Belleville West High School.
Ron Jones (RJ) is a former 2 sport athlete (baseball and basketball) at SIUE. After graduating with his masters in Sports Management, he spent time coaching basketball at SIUE before eventually breaking into the financial planning industry, where he is currently a Wealth Management Advisor for Visionary Wealth Advisors. RJ and his wife, Kelly, enjoy watching their 13 year old triplet boys, Cooper, Mason and Noah participate in multiple sports. They also have a 4 year old daughter, Gianna, who just started playing tee-ball this year!
